2. What data we collect

• Enquiry form data: name, phone and/or email, occasion and the content of your enquiry.
• Correspondence: everything you send us by email, phone or social media in connection with an order, including texts, photos and materials for production.
• Order fulfilment data: delivery address and invoicing details where needed.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the visit – in server logs required for security and operation of the site.

3. Why and on what basis we process data

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal – steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To fulfil your order: production, delivery, communication – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• For accounting and tax purposes – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• For the security of the site and protection against abuse – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• For analytics cookies, if introduced – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that did not lead to an order: up to 12 months after the last communication.
• Data on completed orders: for the period required by accounting and tax law (usually 10 years for documents of tax relevance).
• Materials and mock-ups for an order: up to 12 months after completion, so we can fulfil a repeat or additional order, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
• Server logs: up to 12 months.

5. Who has access to data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be accessed by our processors as necessary: the hosting and technical maintenance provider, courier companies, our accountant and our email provider. All are bound by confidentiality.

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area unless a service we use (for example an email provider) requires it, subject to the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

6. Social media

The site links to our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok profiles. When you open them or write to us there, your data is also processed by the respective platform under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

• Access to your personal data and information on how we process it.
• Rectification of inaccurate data.
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) when there is no longer a reason to keep it.
• Restriction of processing and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Portability of the data you have provided to us.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries and order data is limited to the people who handle them. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from loss, unauthorised access and alteration.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is published on the site with the date of the last update.
