1. Who we are

We make personalised gifts, celebration décor, embroidered and engraved items and printed marketing materials to order.

2. What the site is

The site presents our work and the product categories we make. It is not an online shop: there is no cart, no prices and no direct purchase. Orders are placed after an enquiry and an individual proposal.

The photos on the site show products we have already made. Your order is made from your idea and may differ from what is shown.

3. Enquiry and contract

You can send us an enquiry through the site form, by email, by phone or on social media. An enquiry does not oblige you to order.

We reply with an individual proposal describing the product, price, lead time and the payment and delivery terms. The contract is concluded when you confirm the proposal in writing (email, message) and fulfil the agreed payment terms.

All prices are stated in the proposal in Bulgarian leva and/or euro and include all applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Design approval and production

Before production you receive a visual (mock-up) for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the texts, names, dates and colours in the mock-up. After your written approval we start production and changes are no longer possible.

Minor colour deviations from what you see on screen, as well as small variations in size and materials typical of handmade work, are not considered a defect.

5. Payment and delivery

The payment method and schedule are agreed in the proposal for each order. Products are delivered by courier to an address or courier office, or handed over in person by arrangement. Delivery cost and conditions are stated in the proposal.

The risk of damage or loss passes to you when you or a person designated by you receives the product.

6. Right of withdrawal

Our products are made to the customer’s individual specifications and are personalised (names, dates, messages, chosen colours and materials). Under Article 57, item 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts does not apply to such goods.

Until you approve the mock-up in writing you may cancel the order without consequences, other than reimbursing material costs we have already incurred, if any, and of which we have informed you.

7. Complaints

If the product you receive differs from the approved mock-up or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and attach photos. We will repair or replace the product, or refund the amount paid if that is not possible.

If the product is damaged in transit, the damage must be recorded in the presence of the courier and the claim made against the delivery company. Please let us know using the contact details above so that we can respond.

Your statutory consumer rights under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, including those concerning lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, are not affected by these terms.

Important:In case of defective goods or a mixed-up shipment, EZ Design & Print EOOD will cover the courier costs for the return described above.

8. Materials provided by the customer

When you send us texts, photos, logos or other materials for your order, you confirm that you are entitled to use them and that their use does not infringe third-party rights. We are not responsible for the content of materials you provide.

9. Intellectual property

The content of the site – texts, photos, logo and design – belongs to EZ Design or is used with permission and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.

Designs we create for your order remain our intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise. You may use them for the purpose they were made for.

10. Liability

We take care that the information on the site is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the site will operate without interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site beyond what the law provides.

11. Personal data and cookies

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy. The use of cookies is described in our Cookie policy.

12. Disputes and applicable law

Bulgarian law applies. In case of a dispute we invite you to contact us first so we can resolve it amicably. As a consumer you may also contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (www.kzp.bg) or the competent Bulgarian court.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is published on the site with the date of the last update. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force at confirmation.
