- Send an enquiry through the form, call +359 879 556 662 or write to us on social media. Tell us the product, the occasion and the quantity. We reply with a design, price and lead time, and once you approve we make and ship the order.
- Will I see the design before it is made?
- Yes. We prepare a project and refine it together with you. Production starts only after your final approval.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the product and the quantity. The lead time is stated in the proposal we send after your enquiry.
- How is the order delivered?
- By courier to your address or a courier office, or handed over in person by arrangement. The delivery cost is stated in the proposal. Please inspect your parcel before paying.
- How do I pay?
- The payment method and schedule are agreed in the proposal for each order.
